Crail Village - Eat in Crail
We've got some favourite places to eat in Crail, which we've either visited many times ourselves, or have had recommended by our visitors to Sandcastle Cottage, but haven't yet had a chance to try out ourselves.
Evening Meals

Golf Hotel, Crail
Great value high teas with special children's menu. A la Carte menu available in the evenings after 7 pm. Open all day, including bar lunches. Our kids love going for high tea and eating ALL the cakes. Read more on the Golf Hotel's own website.

Marine Hotel - Seafood Bistro
We're getting great reports from guests about the relatively new Seafood Bistro at the Marine Hotel, which is a short stroll along Nethergate from Sandcastle Cottage. Booking is recommended, especially in the summer months. You'll find a sample menu in the cottage, and it looks like it represents good value for money for a seafood experience. We're looking forward to trying it out.
Light Lunches and Coffees
Honey Pot Guest House
Home made soup, sandwiches and toasties, home baking and daily special dishes as well as teas and coffees.
East Neuk Water Garden Centre
There's a light and airy cafe situated in the East Neuk Water Garden Centre which is popular with locals and tourists alike. Daily specials including a choice of soups and baked potatoes, home baking and a chance to have a wander round the garden centre and visit the Koi Carp too.
Crail Harbour Tea Room and Gallery
A stroll down to the harbour can be extended by a visit to the Crail Harbour Galley which has a lovely tearoom with some outdoor tables too if weather permits. You can find out more by visiting the Crail Harbour Tearoom's own website.
More information and photos coming soon.
